Which courier service do you use to ship orders?

We ship all orders via Canada Post using Expedited Parcel service.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Shipping speed depends on where you reside. To see how long it will take to deliver your order, you can use Canada Post's Delivery Standard tool. Simply enter "L4K 2B9" in the 'Sending From' postal code box and enter the postal code you would like the order to be delivered to in the 'Sending To' box.

For more accurate tracking, you can use the tracking number that is sent in the shipment confirmation email.

Please note that Canada Post Customers may experience delays as important safety measures, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes.

How does pre-order work?

 

Place your order as you normally would by adding the item(s) to your cart and proceed to check out. Once we receive your order a confirmation email will be sent to you and we will add your order to our baking schedule.

 

When will my order ship?

 

Your order will ship in approximately 1 to 4 weeks. 

We know that your pups will be anxiously waiting to get their paws on these new biscuits so we’ll be sure to provide you with status updates.

 

What happens if I include your regular items with the pre-order?

 

We will do our best to limit the number of packages you receive, but if the estimated shipping time for the pre-order items is over 2 weeks, we will ship your order in two packages. 

 

Do I pay now or when my order ships?

Can’t I just wait until the biscuits are a regular item on your website?

 

Of course, you can wait. But since these biscuits are new, availability may vary. Pre-ordering ensures you’re able to secure your order.
